If you have experience in Business Development in a service industry type company and are able to connect with decision makers who are usually in HR teams of companies then this could be the position for you! We are looking for an connector to assist in promoting our Recruitment, Training & Educational services to our client base that is mainly in HK. You will be working with well supported top brand name products and services.


  • Acquiring meetings and appointments with previous and new clients
  • Present comfortably to companies, decision makers and other key figures in organisations
  • Assist in creating Roadshows/Events/Seminars/ Webinars
  • Keep Market Research up to date, interpret data feedback supporting senior management in strategic redirection
  • Prepare planned penetration for retention of customers
  • Be able to negotiate contracts, terms or other areas of contention


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline
  • Experience in a Sales, Marketing, Business Development or outward facing role is desirable
  • Extrovert personality with good listening skills
  • Skilled in creating aesthetic presentations and presenting Webinars
  • Skilled negotiator who is driven to personally succeed
