The Sales Marketing Manager (Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys) will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing marketing plans and campaigns, with the aim to expand either Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys categories on our E-commerce platform. He/she will work with internal teams to run and maintain the marketing campaigns, across the full customer journey. He/she will be the Marketing representative for partner brands within the Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys category, launching campaigns that drive sales and revenue for the category.

The Job

  • Plan, execute, track and optimize marketing plans and campaigns for either Electronics or Beauty categories
  • Own yearly Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys marketing calendar for the year
  • Own and plan marketing budget for Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys campaigns
  • Run Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys sales programs and campaigns on the E-commerce platform and with internal teams across Paid, Earned, Social & Owned channels
  • Plan, implement, test and optimize promotions within Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys category
  • Monitor consumer journey funnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure alignment to marketing and sales KPI goals
  • Represent the marketing team in collaboration with partner brands in the Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys category, for campaigns
  • Identify, share and select the right media and influencers for Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys category, along with Communications team
  • Keep up-to-date with the audience’s preferences and category trends, and optimize marketing plan accordingly

The Person

  • Strong and in-depth knowledge of either Electronics / Beauty / Beverage / Babies / Toys category (most important)
  • Previous Marketing experience required (min. 3-5 years) in the category
  • Proven results in driving sales through Marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of digital channels
  • Experience working closely with the Sales/Merchandising team
  • E-commerce background preferred
  • Performance driven role
