Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales support, such as order processing, invoicing, preparing reports & stock taking, etc.
- To provide extensive administrative and marketing support to the team
- Assist in handling the orders of online shop
- Assist in the brands management work at retail shops weekly, such as goods
replenishment and brand shelf image maintainence work.
- Take part at marketing and promotion activities/set up in shopping mall/customers’
- Other Sales & Marketing or Administrative duties as requested.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 year experience in sales administration field, fresh graduate can also be
- Hard working & willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese (Tradition &
Simplified) Word Processing
- Fluent in Cantonese & English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various duties
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
F.7 or Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
