We are the Asia office of a well- established US base IT and network product support Company. We are looking for high calibrate candidate to fill in the following post :


Job duties:

  •  Manage sales order processes included: issuing purchasing orders, invoice & on time delivery arranging.
  • Source and negotiate with various vendors and suppliers.
  • Communicate with overseas office.
  • Handle Office administrative duties.
  • Work closely with logistic and warehouse department to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide assistant for any ad hoc tasks as required.


  • Diploma or above in Business Studies or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years working experience in sales supporting role. Fresh graduated will consider.
  • Well Experience in support office administrative duties. 
  • Experience in CRM system.
  • Business oriented with understanding of the technical knowledge on IT & Telecommunication products is preferred
  • Independent and well organized 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
