Sales Officer (Property Developer)

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies 
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to successfully conduct sales campaign and execute sales plan for property projects
• Liaison with property agents to achieve sales target
• Assist in the preparation of sales related documents, reports and proposals
• Ensure sales documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the necessary procedures and policies
• Coordinate the process of preparing legal documents and deal with handover matters
• Compile analysis, statistics and progress reports and assimilate necessary market information for research and study
• Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants on development scheme and layout design
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree Holder or above in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• 6 years’ experience in Real Estate/ Property Developer is highly preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Can-do attitude and good sense of teamwork is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Work on weekends and public holidays maybe required during sales campaign
• Work Location: subjected to operation needs
• More experience will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
