Sales Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on all property sales activities 
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of sales strategies in the sales of property
  • Assist in handling sales and leasing administration work and conducting market research
  • Assist in handling sales & marketing campaign
  • Explore potential markets and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle daily sales operations and logistics arrangement
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when require

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Real Estate / Property or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year working experience. 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, good communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English.
  • Possess good analytical & communication skills, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, independent and with great sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Sales Officer
