Sales Operation Assistant

  • Responsible for sales administration and general support to business development department
  • Support the team by responding for order follow up and shipment status
  • Cooperate with internal counterparts to ensure timely resolution of customers’ requests and problems
  • Take care of customers' claims and returns on a timely and professional manner
  • Generate and analysis reports for service monitoring and improvement
  • Provide high quality service to achieve and uplift customer satisfaction and establish long-term business relationship
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Certificate/ Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year related experience in customer services preferably in wholesales or E-commerce
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office and SAP is an advantage
  • Relevant work experience in sales support
  • Mature, diplomatic, independent and well-organized
  • Positive, sales-oriented and customer-focused
  • Immediately available is preferred
