Sales Operations Manager

Our client, is a leading and the largest data center service providers in Hong Kong,  they are dedicated to offering quality total data center solutions with associated internet access and managed services to multinational corporations and local corporate customers.

To cope with their rapid business expansion. They are now seeking for high caliber candidates to join their company.


  • Lead the overall operations function for sales, marketing and business development department
  • Prepare annual sales and marketing budget and manage the budget effectively
  • Develop and review sales management dashboard
  • Work with sales heads to define quarterly objectives
  •  Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
  • Execute and monitor the sales incentive scheme to maximize desirable sales achievements
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to provide the best-in-class services to our customers
  • Manage RFP process and coordinate internally across departments
  • Be the focal point across departments (COO office, Finance, HR) on product and service delivery
  • Regularly come up with improvement ideas to improve customer satisfaction, improve operations efficacy, and/or reduce cost



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of sales operations and/or business systems preferably in technology industry
  • Sensitive in numbers, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • With finance background , strong in Math, reporting. commission calculations 
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Solid experiences in leading customer services team with proven ability to drive teamwork
  • Experience in using data, technology and instincts on solutions to solve business problems
  • Experience with sales and business development processes, including understanding of forecast and opportunity management
  • Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow systems is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
  • Proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
