Sales Planning Manager (Strategy Planning & Segmentation)

Our client, a well-known bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities

  • To plan distribution strategy covering branch/sales operating model, particularly under wealth stream in Consumer Banking - i.e., investment and insurance sales model (RM etc.) at flagship and non-flagship branches
  • To develop and enhance sales incentive scheme for frontline staff. Key Performance tracking (with business analytics staff's support) and evaluate scheme result for any fine-tuning
  • To implement sales recognition programs such as monthly/quarterly awards, incentive trips, etc.
  • To identify frontline's pain points and conduct sales process streamlining to help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • To devise sales tools to support frontline and improve sales experience in x-selling
  • To coordinate with Training and Development team to organize necessary sales training and refresher courses for frontline staff
  • To perform sales performance analysis and explore areas on sales productivity improvement
  • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

 

Requirements

University degree, preferably major in Business, Finance or Statistics

Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in sales management

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
