Sales Representative – Catering

Responsibilities:

• Handle the whole sales process including but not limited to prepare sales related documents, follow up the sales & orders, meeting customers etc.;
• Pursue sales growth, strategies and achieve sales targets;
• To ensure quality service by frequent visits and understand the feedback from customers;
• To prepare various reports and analysis per both customer & management request;
• Maintain good relationship with our current & potential customers;
• Maintain the optimum stock balance;
• Participate in sales and marketing activities;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in sales management, preferably in food and beverage industry;
• Experience in Japanese food is an added advantage;
• Proactive, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, outgoing personality and presentable;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese & English;
• Capable to speak Japanese language would be an added advantage but not a must.
