Sales Secretary / Assistant to Sales Director

  • Assist Director on full Sales and business development support 
  • Responsible for preparing quotation and follow up the sales order progress 
  • Meeting with clients and suppliers with Sales DirectorĄ@
  • Manage customers' accounts and follow up on customer interactions
  • Client liaison, coordination with customer, internal teams and vendors in duration of implementation
  • Ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Sales Director
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks
  • ** NOT general secretarial and administrative duties ** 


  • Diploma or certificate holder in any disciplines
  • 2-3 years experiences in sales support or Customer services
  • Strong interpersonal and organizing skills, detail-oriented multi-taskers who can meet tight schedule in a proactive and high accuracy manner
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fresh graduates will be welcomed
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
