Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Sales & Service Team in customer related issues from support of order generation & fulfillment, management of installed base process with regards to customer communication and order management (offering, tendering, order entry and demo unit process)
  • Preparation and follow up on quotations/ tenders for standard business transactions
  • Maintenance/ service contract administration (e.g. scheduling, documentation of service reports, data analysis)
  • Provide administrative support when necessary, e.g. data entry, documents filing and sorting, office equipment & supplies arrangement and other ad-hoc assignments
  • Inventory & stock management, conduct audits to identify and assess deficiencies in internal controls & risk management
  • Handle, follow up on internal and external customers’ enquiries via phone calls and emails

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer services support, preferable in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry or private clients section
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese including Putonghua with good communication skills
  • Good at Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
