Sales & Service Incentive Specialist

We are looking for a Sales & Service Incentive specialist who will be responsible for both supporting and administrating the Sales Incentive Plan for Telstra Enterprise International.

As a Sales & Service Incentive Specialist, you will be responsible to prepare documents for incentive plans, Quarterly Review & Monthly Sales documents for Senior Management discussions. Furthermore, you will establish a close working relationship with peer groups and key internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities and Major Tasks:

  • Day to day administration of incentive plans covering:
    • Data collection
    • Contract validations and auditing
    • Calculation
    • Approvals
    • Payments
    • Liaising with business partners
  • First escalation point for sales staff
  • Responsible for timely & accurate payment of all incentives
  • Prepare documentation for incentive plans, including intranet based information
  • Support the preparation of Quarterly Review & monthly Sales Council documentation for Senior Management discussions
  • Develop and deliver communications, to both internal & external stakeholders
  • Carry – out audits of data and payments as required
  • Manage and update business rules
  • Assist with governance, approvals, exceptions and disputes processes
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders and where applicable, maintain agreed external stakeholders relationships relevant to the achievement of business objectives
  • Assist with implementation of effective systems to manage Sales Incentives in conjunction with the systems lead
  • Be able to provide analytical views to key stakeholders

What we looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in C&B areas, preferably in telecommunication; regional exposure in sizable companies is definitely an advantage
  • Analytical minded and numbers sensitive
  • Mature and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Detail-minded, good time management in fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
