Sales Supervisor – Chinese Segment (Ref: C0CS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales team to achieve business targets of the Chinese segmen (non-group Chinese catering segment) in designated areas
  • Identify sales opportunities to drive sales targets
  • Track and monitor the execution of the sales team
  • To take part and help in negotiation and renewal of the annual contracts
  • Attain monthly customer sales invoices for accounts that have direct activations
  • AR Management
  • Provide regular market intelligence, analysis and update on the Chinese segment strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above
  • Relevant alcoholic beverage / beverage sales experiences related to Chinese catering segment , preferably with at least 5 years of hands on sales team management
  • Solid customers’ trade relationships and connections
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, ability to deal with rejection
  • Good understanding of alcoholic beverage business would be an advantage
  • Good sales management skills, ability to provide clear direction and discipline
