To further cope with rising market demand, they are now looking for a Sales Supervisor to join their sales team to explore and develop new sales channels.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will need to identify the potential customers, conduct and execute the sales strategic plan, monitor key distributors’ sales performance in order to develop the business opportunity and achieve sales target. You will work closely with a direct sales team to explore new channels and new business development opportunities, in order to enhance the sales achievement. You will be supported by a marketing team to assist your business development activities. You will also be responsible to maintain a good relationship and to present the most updated products information with existing clients. Regular company visit will be needed to ensure excellent services are delivered. Candidate with good performance is expecting to be promoted to Assistant Sales Manager.
