Our client is a FMCG MNC and they are looking for a Sales Supervisor to support the rapid business growth.  Reporting to Sales Manager and you will be responsible for:


  • Manage & deliver Sales and excellence execution in Sales Fundamentals – Productivity, Distribution, Availability, Visibility and TIGER Stores in Open Trade 
  • Submit and manage competitive intelligence report for Open Trade 
  • Manage and communicate Trade Returns and complaints from Open Trade accounts to Distributor via aligned Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Driving sales operation efficiency & productivity through maintaining Sales Force Automation operation, analysis and reporting 
  • Be company’s brand ambassadors for Sales Force system and maintain strong account penetration in Open Trade
  • Provide accurate and timely business report & analysis from Sales Force Automation tool and system


  • At least 4 years of FMCG Sales experience, supervisory experience would be advantageous
  • Strong Knowledge of Open Trade 
  • Good interpersonal, communications, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent team player 
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) 
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese (Other languages skill :English & Putonghua would be advantageous) and written Chinese 
  • Willing to work outdoors and travel
