SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR – US electronic component distributor/trading/5 days

US electronic component distributor and wholesaler with regional office in Hong Kong taking care of Asia Pacific market including HK, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore etc – we are looking for  SALES SUPPORT  – with details as follows :


  • Diploma holder/Post secondary education
  • 1-2 years Sales Co-ordinate/Customer Service/Account Servicing experience
  • Experience in electronics is a plus
  • Good PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Responsible for new order processing and order management for Assigned Account Sales team 
  • Handling inquiries and after sales service from Assigned Account customers 
  • Co-coordinating with various parties in USA/HK to ensure customers' requirement are met 
  • Other duties as assigned/required
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • 13 months salary
