Sales Support Coordinator (Contract)

  • Prepare consolidated call lists from the databank and other internal systems for the sales team
  • Create and cross-check new customer accounts in CRM for the sales team
  • Handle daily enquiries from customers
  • Provide clerical and sales administrative support such as preparing sales reports
  • Provide logistics support and prepare sales materials for the team
  • Coordinate with other teams or departments for product display
  • Perform on-site duties


Requirements: ​

  • High Diploma or Post-secondary graduate with minimum 2 years' of work experience
  • Meticulous and organized
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
