Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond to Customer hotlines enquires and complaints
  • Indoor Telesales
  • Providing documentation and administrative support to Customer Support team and Customer Development team  eg. pipelines and contracts.
  • Presentation and tender Preparation.
  • Data input, management and sales analysis.
  • Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction and good relationship with sales team and customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting and system development
  • Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline with at least ONE year working experience (Fresh grad will also be considered)
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Problem-solver, independent, initiative, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good Command of Spoken and Written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
