Sales Support, Institutional Sales Dept

Job Purpose

  • To intensively co-ordinate with both corporate and institutional clients and help to plan and organize the corporate events. 

Key Responsibilities 

  •       Maintain and update client database and company information by means of Bloomberg and/or other sources of materials
  •       Schedule clients and internal meetings and arrange the necessary facilities in a professional manner
  •       Assist the team to co-ordinate end-to-end Roadshow and Conference events
  •       Provide on-site management of events where necessary
  •       Arrange production and delivery of presentation material

Requirements

  •       University degree of above in a business related disciplines
  •       Minimum 1 year experience in finance or banking industry. Prior Corporate Access / Equity Research / Equity Sales experience will be an advantage
  •       Strong sense in team work and self-motivated, with communication and interpersonal skills
  •       Online marketing experience through WeChat is a plus
  •       Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  •       Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & PowerPoint
  •       Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
