Sales Support / Office Manager (Hong Kong)


Our client is a global fund transaction network; fund managers, fund distributors and transfer agents around the world are joining the network to transact their orders. Their head office is in London and they have other offices across Asia.

You will be a key member of the Hong Kong team, in this role you will be responsible for all office administration as well as supporting the Sales and Relationship Managers with their clients.


  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting notes and minutes
  • Organise couriers, manage stationery supplies, keep office facilities tidy, and shred all confidential waste
  • Manage new and existing client and supplier contracts
  • Organise and manage staff travel
  • Assist with the sales and existing client administration
  • Co-ordinate marketing and public relations activity as requested (client events, industry conferences etc)
  • Answer all incoming calls from clients and prospects, act at the first line of support
  • Meet and greet clients, provide refreshments, and prepare/tidy meeting rooms


  • 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, familiarity within the financial services industry would be an advantage
  • Proficiency with all MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, MS Access
  • Ability to think independently and pro-actively make decisions in a fast paced international business
  • Proven capability communicating with senior clients from all over the world, face to face and over the phone
  • Business level written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English skills essential
