* Responsible for customer hotline inquiries
* To perform quality customer services and order processing at front counter
* Liaise with the logistics company and customers
* Assist in daily operation include stock management and reporting, etc.
* U-graduate, at least 3 year customer services experience
* Good telephone manner and communication skills
* Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
* Computer literacy is a must
* Customer-oriented, responsible and initiative
* Immediately available would be a definite advantage
