Responsibilities

  • Manage and run a Member Centre, supervise customer service to handle all consumer enquiriesin calls, e-mail, live-chat, etc.
  • Developing a strong sustainable team by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining talent.
  • You will participate in recruitment and continuously provide training and coach the team members.
  • Set KPIs, monitor and motivate performance to ensure high quality customer services.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives

 

Requirements

  • 5 years of Member Centre or shop management experience.
  • Experience in health supplements and skin-care products is a plus.
  • Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures for a service delivery environment.
  • Excellent in communication and planning.
