Franchise Support Team
Our franchise team is dedicated to set up different game sites around the world and we are currently seeking a Global IT Support Specialist to join us.
Should you join our franchise team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our development teams and global franchises (e.g. IMAX)
Role and responsibilities
- Provide technical support service for our Sandbox VR software system
- Provide email / Slack channel communications with clients
- Remote access to client's system for system upgrade and installation
- Capture root cause issues and create a knowledge base of solutions
- Work closely with our internal engineering and deployment team
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience, experience in 1st tier Customer Services, Helpdesk or Technical Support will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skill and able to work independent
