SAP Business Process Manager / Senior Officer

Major Responsibilities

  • Oversee the business processes and SAP systems’ integrations.
  • Study the business processes in both current Oracle and SAP systems, integrates and assess their alignment with SAP ERP best practices and identify any necessary deviations.
  • Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries, R&D sites, functional departments and finance department with responsibilities including but not limited to unification and design of the account codes, cost center, trial balance, financial, statutory and management reports, R&D project management, financial planning and analysis, etc.
  • Play a key role in the business solution blue printing activity to provide technical expertise to the project team on solution design based on the understanding of the business processes.
  • Advice the project team on functional and technical matters. Assess the suitability of any proposed system customizations and justify them.
  • Work with the system integrator to develop, review and validate the detailed technical design of the interfaces between SAP ERP, Oracle ERP and 3rd Party, legacy non-SAP or Oracle systems.
  • Assess and ensure that the agreed business process design is implemented accordingly in the SAP ERP system including the interfaces with the 3rd Party and legacy non-SAP or Oracle systems.
  • System test development, execution, and management including but not limited to system regression and integration tests. User Acceptance Tests (in collaboration with the business representatives).
  • Ensure adequate documentation is provided by the system integrator and review them for quality, usability and completeness.
  • Assess and ensure that the project team and users are adequately trained and the knowledge transfer is effective from the system integrator to the users.


  • Bachelor degree
  • Advanced skills in business analysis and system design in FI/SD modules
  • At least 2 to 6 years of experience in SAP and Oracle ERP systems integrations, implementations, support and solution.
  • At least one year of experience in SAP and Oracle ERP full life cycle of integrations and implementations in telecommunication technology industry, preferably with exposure in PRC manufacturing, trading and distribution business around the globe.
  • Solid knowledge in Oracle ERP functional skills especially in integration of Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Materials Requirements Planning, Bills of Materials, Work in Process, etc.
  • Solid knowledge in SAP ERP functional skills especially in integration of Financial Accounting and Sales and Distribution
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin
