Job overview:

Technical Consultants belong to the Shared Technical Services group, assisting clients and Concur project teams in implementing Concur Travel & Expense Management SaaS system and their integration in to client’s IT environment. The team is spread across Concur EMEA Business Units (UK, Germany, France), with core of the team based in Prague.

For this position in Hongkong, we seek for a candidate who displays excellent team-player features while being able to work as more of standalone unit, as he/she will be the only representative of our team within Concur France. But don’t worry, there is lot of colleagues with whom you will work on projects and also have lot of fun as we are offering a friendly, informal, innovative, out-of-the-box work approach and environment.

In this role, it is crucial that the Technical Consultant possesses excellent communication skills as needed in order to communicate with many other organizations within Concur and also our clients.


  • Consult on and handle implementations (as part of Concur Implementation Project team); provide technical expertise on integrations, feeds, loads and extracts
  • Handle the setup and scheduling of all internal interfaces and system jobs
  • Provide client/internal teams expertise & support for troubleshooting of technical issues related to the Concur T&E system
  • Lead client facing knowledge transfer/training sessions both remote and on-site if needed
  • Be able to communicate with client technical and non-technical teams
  • Assist customers with setup of Single Sign-on and assist in solving performance issues


  • Bachelor degree in an IT / technical field or equivalent experience would be preferred
  • Experience in a software technical support environment, troubleshooting or system testing skills; Software consulting / Project Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • General Database (MSSQL) and basic coding/scripting knowledge (HTML, bash, powershell.) would be appreciated
