SAP Support Consultant

DynaSys Solutions Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Providing SAP support services including telephone support and occasionally on-site service to our customers
  • Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving customers’ reported issues
  • Reporting SAP product issues/defects to SAP OSS Support
  • Analyzing customers’ requests and proposing SAP standard solutions or custom enhancement by developing functional specifications
  • Conducting user training

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering, Business Administration related disciplines, strong background of business processes is a definite asset
  • At least 2-3 years of SAP experience and/or with SAP certification
  • Strong and proven communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Previous working experience in Financial, Trading, Retail and/or Manufacturing industry is a plus
