Scanning Operator (Contract until April 2020)

We are pleased to announce the availability for a Scanning Operator to deliver a high quality scanning service to one of our client sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with strong demonstrable scanning experience and the ability to self-motivate and deliver great customer service.

Outstanding relationship management, collaboration with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the business will be essential.

Key Areas of Responsibility

(Includes the following but other duties may be assigned)

To scan documents to the agreed strict guidelines, ensuring quality standards are met.

Disassembly/reassembly of documents in preparation for scanning.

Some data entry for the purpose of record keeping.

Maintaining detailed logs of all work performed.

Key Essential Character Profile

Ability to learn skills quickly and strictly follow guidelines.

Attention to detail, and confidence to raise quality issues if encountered.

Commitment to excellence in work performance.

Good level of English language, written and spoke is a plus but not mandatory

Ability to build trust, confidence and credibility with supervisor and all work colleagues.

Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional.

Must be a team player and able to work to time-sensitive high-pressure deadlines.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel etc.

Experience in an vendor/client on-site support centre preferable but not mandatory.

Experience with scanning equipment preferable but not essential.
