Our College, an EMI secondary school operating under the Direct Subsidy Scheme, seeks qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy:

School Clerk

• Passes in 5 subjects at HKCE level including Chinese, English & Mathematics; or Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSE (including Chinese, English & Mathematics);
• Fluent in both English and Chinese and good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese word-processing);
• Conversant with general office routines, including data entry, attendance to telephone/counter enquiries, etc;
• Experience of working in a school setting is preferable;
• Patient, independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to relate positively with others; and
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
