  • Lead the scrum team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework for digital banking related project delivery.
  • Coach the Scrum team in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
  • Involve in the revamp projects on bank-wise end-to-end software development and collaboration workflow.
  • Support development and business teams to use the Agile and collaboration tools.


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of IT experience with minimum 1 year of Scrum Master. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Software Process Engineer.
  • Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of running Agile projects with Scrum framework (i.e. Agile values, Scrum ceremonies, Product Backlog, etc.).
  • Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise or Financial Institutions is highly preferred
  • Good understanding in agile collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience in working with the following technologies, tools or related areas is a plus:
  • Cloud application or Microservice development
  • DevOps tool stacks is a plus (E.g. Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline etc.)
  • Project Management (E.g. PMP)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, team building and conflict management skills with customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
