  • Scrum Master or Agile Coaching experience for more than 2 year.
  • Experience as a PM/Scrum Master
  • At least proficient in Scrum, DevOps.
  • Familiar with agile engineering practice, get CSM, CSP certification priority.
  • With excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, can withstand the pressure.
  • Financial/Bank related experience is preferred
  • 5+ years working experience of software development
  • Strong ability to read and written English
Nice to have:
  • With Technology Exposure
  • Agile process and delivery model
  • Any professional certification.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall projects from initiation to implementation
  • Manage all project stakeholders, including various user departments, vendor, IT teams of related systems
  • Perform feasibility study and user requirement analysis for various banking systems
  • Monitor the project process and status
  • Plan and arrange UAT
  • Control risks and manage issues

  • A self-starter, a strong communicator, team-oriented, able to build relationships at all levels and across a global organization.
