The Role Responsibilities

  • Be an excellent leader & coach team on agile.
  • Good team collaboration, relationships within & outside POD to all levels of the organization Strong influencing, conflict resolution & negotiation skills.
  • Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Lead the activities involved in certifications with Schemes/External Switch
  • Support team on Troubleshooting at various stage of project. Coordinate with vendor on bug fix, Gap Analysis in various integration project.
  • Engage Internal/External Dependent systems for new initiatives. Discuss & negotiation on Timelines &cost
  • Support Country Product Team User acceptance & verification testing
  • Support Production support team on quick resumption of services during high severity incident.
  • Shell scripting to Automate EOD Jobs & Report generation
  • Support Production support team to fix Audit findings & Technology Risk.
  • Shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Review Vendor SOW, Proposed Solution for new implementation.
  • Work with PMO & solution team Project cost estimation, Project creation
  • Support PMO team on Vendor payments tracking

Our Ideal Candidate

  • B TECH or BE or BSc grade in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related IT Area,
  • Experience with EFTPOS & ATM systems is essential.
  • Expertise on ISO 8583 message specifications.
  • Familiarity with EMV, VISA, MasterCard, Scheme compliance requirement, Visa & Mastercard Dispute Management.
  • Experience with an EFT transaction switching or on-line banking environment.
  • Experience in testing ATM/Switching and Card Management technologies(contact/Contactless).
  • Hands-on experience with automated test tools and simulators.
  • Experience in Shell scripting on Linux Platform is mandatory.
  • Experience in Restful Webservices+JSON based integration will be added Advantage.
  • Familiarity on PCI DSS compliance requirement.
  • Experience on Switch integration with VISA/Mastercard for Google Pay/Samsung Pay/Apple Pay will be added Advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
