Sea Logistics Customer Care Coordinator

Our sea logistics export customer service team works closely with customers and customs brokers to ensure loading and export clearances are executed on schedule. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction in close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operation Care Center
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through proactive advising and consulting, and regular care visits
  • Enter customer orders into the operational execution process
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide quotations within the given price band
  • Handle complaints and identify root causes

Your skills and experience


To be considered, you should have a good understanding of export procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. You have good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
