Your Responsibilities

This position will be responsible to provide secretarial support to one of our teams with core areas of responsibility including:

  • To provide general secretarial and administration support to the team
  • Prepare various report, monthly billings and liaise with other divisions
  • Assist with the preparation of service agreement and invoices to clients on regular basis
  • Attend to other ad hoc tasks when required

Your Profile

  • 1 year of administrative or secretarial experience in a sizable firm
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with basic Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible, mature, outspoken, attention to details, and keen to learn
  • Must be proficient in PC operations and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
