Responsibilities

  • Assist in appointment coordination and travel arrangement
  • Travel coordination including arrangement of flights, hotel and transportation.  Follow through the work and solve problem proactively.
  • Prepare correspondences, reports and presentation materials etc.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and organize events such as meetings, conferences, and departmental activities as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Language Studies, Translation or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience from sizable organizations
  • Previous experience in dealing with travel agency to plan travel itineraries for senior management is preferred
  • Detail-minded, attentive to details, responsible and being positive
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
