SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (3-MONTH CONTRACT)

In this position you are expected to:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and presentation materials
  • Schedule appointments, liaise with internal and external parties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

The ideal person:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in administrative and secretarial support preferably gained from property developers, property management companies
  • Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, independent, efficient and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
