Secretary / Administration Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general office administrative duties
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Update the employee information including attendance and leave record
  • Assist in interview arrangement and staff/company activities coordination
  • Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR/Administration Management or above
  • At least 3 years secretarial or administration experience
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
