Our client, a Japanese Company, is looking for a suitable candidate for a Secretary/ Administrative Support as below:
Job Duties: • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department • Assist in planning and coordination • Prepare internal reports on a regular basis; • Process invoices or expenses in a timely manner • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement: • Diploma holder or above • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the banking/finance industry • Fluent in English and Cantonese • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
