Secretary / Administrator

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and operational support in a professional manner
  • Responsible for daily office administration
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences effectively
  • Prepare regular reports, renew vendor contracts, organize meetings, etc.
  • Liaise with directors, senior management and business partners
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Responsible, independent with good communication skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
