Secretary (Customer Service)

  • Assist Sales Manager to follow up customer payment and other customer's enquirers  
  • Provide clerical support to maintain the smooth operation for the Sales team
  • Be responsible for preparation of sales related documentation
  • Must attend the weekend company event (On Shift duty)
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects


  • Must good in filing system, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded and  checking document carefully
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, initiative and good communication skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English Mandarin and Chinese
  • Well organized with detailed minded, able to work under pressure and multi-task
