？ Report directly and provide full spectrum support to CEO
？ Provide administrative and secretarial support to the office
？ Organizing travel arrangement (i.e. Transportation, accommodation, meeting schedule etc.)
？ Handle business correspondence, minutes, forms, reports and confidential documents
？ Prepare various reports (i.e. Expenses report, sales report etc.)
？ Liaising with internal & external parties
？ Provide basic HR support
？ Maintain filing system and confident information
？ Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
？ Higher Diploma or above
？ Minimum of 1 year working experience relevant experience
？ Experience in insurance industry is preferred
？ Experience in company services industry is preferred
？ Well organized and independent with strong sense of responsibilities
？ Good communication, positive attitude, with a can do approach, solution thinker and interpersonal skills
？ Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, MS Outlook, Excel & Word ) and Chinese Word Processing
