The Company

Our client is a multinational finance firm located in Central, this role will be a Secretary role to the CEO or Managing Director, supporting all administrative and secretarial duties.

The Role

  • Responsible for providing executive secretarial support.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting participants (internal and external), and managing meeting reminder as needed.
  • Handling all travel itineraries and visa application.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, internal and external communications
  • Handling the monthly expenses reimbursements
  • Planning and organizing staff activities and company events
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
