Perform all-round secretarial and administrative duties & provide comprehensive support to Food & Beverage Department such as schedule appointment, travel arrangement, prepare meeting material and minutes etc.
Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle telephone calls/emails in an accurate and prompt manner.
Maintain an up-to-date filing system and assist in ad hoc assignment.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Experienced in hotel industry is preferred
Diploma in Hospitality Management with formal secretarial training is a plus
Able to work independently with good interpersonal skill
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
