Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial / administrative support to Vice President in handling her personal matters and overall business management;
  • Manage Vice President’ s schedule, meeting arrangement , daily appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with various parties including trade associations, media and related bodies;
  • Handle all business correspondence, including meeting agenda & minutes, reports, proposals, speech writings, agreements and confidential documents;
  • Maintain effective working relationship with internal and external parties;
  • Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects when required;
  • Travel to South-East Asia Region / China for 3-4 days occasionally.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines ;
  • Min.3 years’ relevant experience;
  • With secretarial experience in Trade Association is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese included Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Proactive, effective, responsible, detail-mined, independent and be able to work under pressure.
