Secretary / Personal Assistant

We are a listed Company located in Central. To cope with business expansion, we are now seeking high caliber to join our Company for the following position:

Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the top management;
Manage daily workflows and ad-hoc assignments;
Responsible for providing professional personal assistance to the top management;
Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communications and meeting;
Set up and maintain the good filing system.

Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or equivalence, formal secretarial training is preferred;
3 years or above experience on secretarial or personal assistance servicing top managment;
Good computer knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint of internet knowledge;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
Immediate available is preferred.
