SECRETARY (Sales Department & Operation)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties to Sales department/operation;
  • Prepare and compile documentation in good manners, like agenda, minutes, presentation materials, sales report;
  • Prepare and follow up quotation with customers;
  • Provide all-round office administration supports and help ensure the smooth daily operations;
  • Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues;
  • Coordinate with the teammates for the tasks done;
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation standard or University Degree, ideally in a Business related subject;
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with 2-3 years in office administration or related experience;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, time management and prioritizing skills;
  • Pro-active with strong organizational skills;
  • Be a good team player and detail oriented;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Strong in MS Office, especially using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Independent & able to work under pressure
  • Working experience in sales & marketing field is an advantage;
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS PREFERRED
