Secretary to Chairman

  • Degree Holder or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 5 years experience serving senior management
  • Excellent PC skills on MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese
Word processing)
  • Independent, efficient, reliable, detail-minded and well organized
  • Must have very fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and
  • Immediate available is preferred

Job Duties:
  • Directly report to the Chairman
  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the
Chairman including personal affairs
  • Provide administrative support on staffing
  • Arrange travel schedule, hotel reservations and visa application
  • Maintain neat and tidy records of the corporate database and handle
details of highly confidential nature
