  • Degree / Diploma holder / Tertiary education
  • Minimum 3-5 years secretarial / administrative experience, relevant experience with China background firm is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin and written Chinese & English
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Stable, motivation, willing to work and learn, good coordination and
  • Familiar with Chinese Window, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing

Job Duties:

  • Report to CFO and also need to serve top management from China
  • Perform secretarial and general administration duties
  • Arrange meeting, prepare minutes, memo and reports, travel arrangement, etc.
  • Any ad hoc assignment if required
