  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to manager including meetings / appointments co-ordination, prepare agenda, minutes taking, calendars management
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with various internal and external parties.
  • Handle all daily matters
  • Perform general secretarial and operations duties.
  • Co-ordinate executive meetings and conferences.
  • Work closely with Managers and external parties to execute related business projects.
  • Handle incoming / outgoing emails and correspondence.
  • Administrative support and backup whenever necessary.


  • Higher Diploma or above with formal Secretary training
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Secretarial field or Personal Assistant
  • Possess character of enthusiasm, honest and hard working
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with computing software in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-minded, independent, presentable, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • A team player who is helpful and flexible
  • Immediate available is preferred
