Job Description:

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support
  • Handle expenses claims and diary management
  • Document preparation including typing, formatting, and editing
  • Call management – screen, answer and take messages for incoming calls
  • Assist with and manage monthly billing and timekeeping activities
  • Document management activities ensuring all client/matter files are organised and up to date

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
  • Min. 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing (MS Word)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility

A flexible approach, willing to get involved in all aspects of team secretarial support to ensure that work is managed appropriately for the practice area.
